I'll try to post it bigger later. We were earlier at the model house park in Werder adH. Unfortunately, we could only visit the houses from Kampa and Danhaus. And there were no angled bungalows among them. With Danhaus, we really liked the interior design and execution; with Kampa, the advisor, an advisor, suggested to us: - that we should build now already because of the rising price increases. - offered to advise us free of charge. The financing, house planning, and property inspection are included. I can then go to competitors and compare. If I want to build with Kampa, only then do we sign a contract. I gladly accepted that. Both providers unfortunately build in prefabricated construction. Danhaus has the exterior wall solid, Kampa advertised with wooden walls. Both build only starting from KfW 40, Kampa even 40plus.

What is the problem with prefabricated construction?

I don't know that yet. The idea that solid is solid is still stuck in my mind. We are still learning.

Without wanting to take sides for either: it is definitely worth dealing with the subject (And no, not here in the forum. Many are too set in their opinions for that.)
