We are planning to build in 2022; the planning begins

[*]10 cm on average and 35°C flow temperature do not fit together in my opinion.
[*]Internal thermography sounds great, but what does it actually bring in practice? The blower door test must be passed. If thermal bridges are still present, there must have been sloppy work during construction.
[*]Waterproof concrete - no idea, we usually get a waterproof basement. What do the others make the basement out of, probably not rammed earth either? From the new development areas known to me, I have never heard of water penetrating through the slab. If it does, then from incorrectly executed transitions or insufficient sealing. I wouldn't attribute too much importance to the pure floor slab.

I simply assume on the forum that no matter what offer you post, it will be dissected anyway. You can't please everyone. The most important thing is that we are satisfied and feel good.

You just want every little thing confirmed by the forum. You come across as anxious and nervous.

Certainly not.
That's true, but the good feeling should never displace thinking and mindfulness. Often, GUs are either too lazy to describe things in detail, or they themselves do not see the pitfalls of their wording, so that really doesn't have to mean anything bad; at least that's my view as an optimist. Nevertheless, everything should be checked and the question should be asked what would still be contract-compliant in the worst case, and whether one could live with that.

You conclude someone's character traits from forum posts? Congratulations, considering that for many people behavior in the forum is not the same as behavior in reality.

No, I am not anxious, rather risk-averse. I try to exclude as many risks as possible right away or factor them into the price. Because unlike some, I don't want to have to finance additionally later. Our budget is not even remotely exhausted, but that's not the goal with building the house either. We also don't want to change our standard of living (consumption behavior) with the house construction.

To each their own opinion.

When it comes to comparing the construction service descriptions, I have made my opinion clear regarding the mentioned points. I see them as irrelevant.

What about the electrical program, like sockets per room, network, lighting, outdoor sockets, underground cables, etc.?
What standards are installed for plumbing and have you actually looked at them in real life? Has the comparison to the target equipment been made?

I would pay significantly more attention to this than to the base slab in WU concrete, or whether someone is walking through the house with a thermal camera during the final inspection and usually can't do anything afterwards anyway, because the plaster on the outside is already applied. With the other contractors, the base slab will also already be statically sound and water will not press through the floor into the house.

Note: I would not be satisfied with a flow temperature of 35°C. Ask for 30°C!
