Why is the design the way it is now?
After several visits to various show homes, we decided to build a bungalow. We especially liked the houses from HausCompagnie, in particular the fine extras such as the cathedral ceiling, wood-aluminum windows, and the skylight for more light in the room. We also thought that the shape of the house fits well on the plot.
This was followed by our own design via RoomSketcher, which was then implemented by the planner from HausCompagnie. Unfortunately, there was no proper evaluation of our floor plan (but this is also common practice at HausCompagnie). Since we have moved several times professionally, we only had the experience from the houses we have lived in so far (both positive and negative). Based on this, we also considered the room sizes that seemed sensible to us.
Especially good: all rooms accommodated, parents’ area, children’s area.
The additional wall in the living room is intended to avoid being completely restricted by the furniture and to enable the positioning (couch opposite or freestanding in the room).
