One should really plan a sensible kitchen ... as an L-shape you have around 650 cm of kitchen worktop without the corner and a large dance floor right in the middle.

Regarding the entrance door, I would either change the hinge or move the side panel to the right side of the plan.

I still find 3m of usable cabinet space too little for a parent area of almost 20 sqm.

The kitchen is included as an example. It will either be a U-shaped kitchen or with a cooking island. We will get offers from kitchen builders in the coming weeks.

The side panel of the door will be placed on the other side.

Site plan of our house. We are still undecided about the location. We would probably mirror the house. Then the house could be positioned closer to the street. The idea was about 16m from the street.

Do you possibly have ideas for a carport and the driveway? We are very uncertain about that.

I sorted it out. We can't think of anything regarding the carport/garage that will come later/over time. We would like to properly place the construction road = driveway already. Due to the mirroring, the kitchen is on the left. Thus, the carport/garage comes on the right. However, unfortunately, there is a streetlamp in a bad spot to place the driveway on the left? Is it allowed to move streetlamps? And how much does something like that cost?
