*astonished*
uhm, that’s a "prefab house owner"

*really wow double astonished*
what makes the typical soon-to-be-homebuyer-presser a good consultant? – just that he says, I’ll take a little time for the customers before signing? (sure, because afterwards definitely not).

The topic of angled bungalows should also be critically reconsidered. At least a classic one with a hipped roof costs about the same as a pattern increase for the roof shape.

We have to start somewhere and if he offers to do it for free all the better. Of course the advisor will tell you everything. We will definitely go to several providers with the offer from Kampa.

Then it just costs more. We don't want the usual cuboids (city villa) that are typically built. If we build, the shape must correspond to our ideas and not be a run-of-the-mill house off the shelf.

And where would be the best place to get information?

Google and make sure to hit independent sites. Kampa will of course tell you that prefabricated construction is the best, while a brick manufacturer will say the opposite. Every construction method has its justification, its pros and cons. What is right for you depends on your personal priorities.
