No, no. I would never have agreed to that. The 5% is divided into two installments of 50% each. The contract for work then has 13 installments.

Two designs are available. The one with the guest toilet was the architect's suggestion. We like it, but the fact that the access to the bedroom is through the dressing room is a no-go for us.

The other is a design we had first. The furniture from the children's and living rooms is ours, which we will take with us since they are new.

What do you think?

For me, that is exactly what makes a dressing room useful in the first place.

That the people/daughter will walk from the terrace through our dressing room to the bathroom. We don't want the dressing room to be a walkthrough room.

This is not evident from the plans... Is that the ground floor? But even then it doesn't make sense...

It is a bungalow. Just accept that it is a no-go for us. Like a closed kitchen is for others, etc.
