Last night I wanted to write "stop that nonsense," but now I even like the result. However, the suggestion from in post #293 might be the enemy of the good, because at least the nominal ratio of "hallway" square meters to "living room" square meters was also an eyesore to me – although I didn’t come up with a constructive counterproposal. That the counterproposal now comes precisely from is of course annoying for me, because my sentence would have preferably continued: "now throw out the stupid fireplace, then it will be a nice house." Where is the hatch to the attic supposed to be?

We once had 73m2 4-room in the worker's safe deposit box, the living room 24m2, furniture living + dining crammed in, and you do that without necessity, the proposal is more relaxed for living

Oh, and one more thing about the shower toilet:

I would also advocate for it. If you have a dog (or should have one someday), you don’t have to run through the whole house to rinse it off after it has rolled in cow manure.

Besides, your daughter will probably have a boyfriend at some point. Sharing the main bathroom with four people in the morning can sometimes be quite annoying. The space is there. And an extra shower doesn’t cost the earth... (in relation to cost-benefit).

Just discuss it again calmly.

Then the people/daughter will simply go directly from the bedroom to the bathroom. That is even more practical for them
Why don’t you fill out the questionnaire so we can see what you want and what is important to you?! Also the plot, orientation, etc. would be helpful. Surely your wish list does not include having the hallway almost as large as the living area? The design holds a lot of potential, but to be able to move or even remove walls, some information would be necessary. You see that the balcony and child 2 can already cause a lot of confusion.

Of course, roommates or guests who do not yet exist do not put a shower on the wish list either.

Without knowing more details, keep your exterior dimensions, change the interior a bit.
Regarding "people/daughter," I switched the rooms. The dark rectangles are built-in closets. The pantry and dressing room are quite small but hold enough cabinets or shelves. I don't have measurements. The numbers are approximate square meters, considering that the interior walls are only 10cm thick. Take it as a sketch.
Maybe you like one idea or another...
