From experience, I can tell you that the building line must be adhered to!!! So move the hut forward.

You can also place the carport crosswise in front of the house.

Remember that the further back the house is set, the more you have to pay for water/sewage connections and electricity and gas, etc. 17.50 is quite a lot.

You can apply to relocate the lantern; costs depend on the type of lantern. Ours is an old, very sturdy one with concrete, according to a preliminary inquiry about 4-6,000€.

We already had a bungalow builder here, from Brandenburg, if I remember correctly. Browse through his post history: for example or – I have the feeling you don’t just share the year of birth. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen here for a while.

We are aware and will comply with the line. It was just our wish to be 17.5m away from the street. We have a plot length of 73m, so there is still more than enough space for a garden, etc. behind the house. We will not want to connect gas. Gas would only be intended for the kitchen, and it is not worth it to us. Especially since we are also installing a photovoltaic system on the roof. It’s not just about the building line (of course it must be observed) but also about the chimney. The chimney must be more than 15m away from the neighbor’s window. And this is not ensured with the specification of the building line. That is why, among other things, we want to mirror the house. This shifts the chimney more to the left. And there is no house on the left side yet.

I contacted him, but he hasn't been on the forum for about 2 years. Let's see.

You could try googling him - there are supposed to be people who use the same nickname in several places - and some also as an email nickname, which I cannot confirm in his case, but also would not exclude. In any case, I have the impression that you might think similarly in some areas, if I let your thread histories pass before my mind's eye.
