Thank you, that is very helpful. I also remembered something like that but was not sure anymore. A two-year deadline is quite generous.
Does anyone have experience with KFW / BAFA?

Weren't you the one with the gas lawnmower who thinks it’s environmentally friendly and annoys others to death with it?

I would let some time pass if I were you …

1. Yes, it feels good to know you can get away from there
2. first settle in

I understand your problem all too well, I’m currently replacing the windows because they all annoy me out there and every day I wish I hadn’t built with hollow bricks

But that it is slowly becoming more homely in the house, in the garden and in the residential area has helped me

The children annoy me terribly outside, lawn mowers behind us too

but it got better over time

maybe you should go over and tell [dem] how desperate you really are

It is of course difficult when you react so sensitively to a specific stimulus. But I would try to quantify it. Write down when you feel disturbed by it. On how many days it is unbearable for you and for how long. Maybe it is not that often. The weather will soon get worse again and then the garden will possibly be less disturbed by the neighbors.
The lonely house in the countryside may not have the risk of musical noise pollution, but for your child it would also be significantly lonelier. I would rather try to explore noise protection options again and work with gimmicks like noise cancelling headphones. And talk to the neighbors and describe how much it actually burdens you. Or let your husband explain it if you are too conflict-averse.
In our immediate neighborhood there is a professional musician who uses the maximum practice times from spring to autumn, with the window open. On some days it is hard to bear, on others I barely notice it. Listening to your own music at the same time is out of the question.

Pledge swap should solve the problem.

I would call the KfW and ask. They are always very friendly and helpful.

Regarding BAFA, you would have to look at your grant notification. If there are any, a repayment obligation should be included. Otherwise, I can also check ours tomorrow…
