Continuous noise that only bothers a single person. Stick to the facts. The problem is not with the sender but with a single recipient...

And now? Just because it only bothers one person, what you're presenting (village music etc.) is still something completely different.
By the way, if you actually read properly, you would recognize that kati has written about fifty times by now that she is aware that the problem with the constant(!!!) noise pollution lies with her. But that doesn't help her with the concrete problem at all, zero nada niente. Is that really so hard to understand?
And one more thing on the side: There are certainly very, very many people (which can also be read here, if you want) who would be disturbed by it. It's not such an extraordinary problem.

She has already said it so many times: Other houses are not affected because there are no direct neighbors like on the other sides.
And the fact that it does not bother her husband could also be due to the husband. Mine is not disturbed by it either. He sits next to a log splitter carefree at his laptop.

I also find it increasingly rude and intrusive here. Everything has been said, has a question about funding in this thread. Is it so hard to accept that?

(On topic, I am unfortunately uninformed. So just this post and now quiet. Sorry.)

The thread is so typically German and fits perfectly with the current situation. There is only black or white. But social interaction does not work like that. Only politics and society / media fuel this trend even more.

Kathi has a right to peace and the neighbor has a right to music in the garden. Since both cannot be reconciled, it depends on dosage and volume.

If people were considerate of each other, we wouldn’t have a problem here at all. But no, it can’t be that simple in Germany in 2021 anymore.

Kati also wrote that she no longer wants to come home. It's like with many illnesses. You come home and have an inner restlessness that it's going to start soon. Even if nothing happens for 1-2 days, the feeling doesn't go away. I'm not an expert, but through my job I've read enough medical letters about similar illnesses (secondary diagnoses).

It is a typically German problem that one expects and partly demands quiet. There is no compromise with quieter music here. "Compromise" means no music at all.
