Yes, in my "supply area" of the Berliner Wasserwerke, they do not connect beyond 15m. From that distance onward, a transfer shaft is required (you also have to provide it yourself) and then the take goes in there, and that is also where the official supply route ends. But it went smoothly with an experienced civil engineer. But of course, if something happens on the route, you have to take care of it again (or your appointed representative).

To revive this here once again: less stinginess comes. In the meantime, we have obtained various offers, developed and discarded floor plans, and now: aligned the houses on the plot. Everything is progressing slowly for various reasons, but I’ll spare you those.

Angle bungalow: entrance, hallway, bathroom, guest WC to the north. Kitchen to the west. Living room facing south/east towards the terrace.
Captain’s house
Ground floor: hallway towards the north. Utility room and guest WC to the northeast. The entire south side with an open space. Upper floor still unclear... two captain’s gables are nice but make the floor plan surprisingly difficult.

What do you professionals think about this? :)

No one needs a second captain especially for reversing. I don’t understand the latter part of the sentence.

Oh "need" and need... Of course you don't really need it and we thought about leaving it out for a long time. But the gable in front creates the "I always like to come home to my beautiful house" effect and the gable in the back provides a nice little bay window in the living area and a room upstairs without sloping ceilings facing south. The disadvantage in the floor plan up there: either you have a hallway in the north gable and thus wasted space or a very small room (which we actually don't need), blocking the possibility of natural light in the hallway. I think it will probably be the latter, as natural light in the upper hallway is probably not that important. But for now, it's supposed to be about the orientation of the houses :)

Finally, you are bringing the site plan. Is the location on the property specified that way? You can't seriously want to back out of the CP, can you? I would solve it this way unless building window or other restrictions oppose it. The bay windows seem to be immutable.
