You forgot the access road in the development. That will be added to the 30k.

Now I have read through the whole topic and followed the development process with noticeable excitement, so I would like to wish you a as uncomplicated construction as possible and a wonderful result! With all that there is to plan, to consider and to accomplish, which can be so exhausting and also frightening, I simply wish you a lot of joy with your future home and during the development process!

We will not upload the submitted plans. Honestly, nothing can be changed now anyway, and we want to make the best of it. Hearing "this is stupid, I would have done it differently" afterwards only leads to frustration, and we've had enough of that in the past months. The driveway itself will of course come separately, we have factored that in, but this was mainly about cables and trenches.


Many thanks! It is truly a mammoth task for average people without expertise like us, but we are very confident that we have found the right company to guide us through it.
