The distance rule states that construction within 3 meters of the border counts as border construction. So even with, for example, a one-meter distance, it is considered border construction. Why? There is also the other 6x9, if the AB is on the side.

Can what results from the captain’s gable be called a bay window? Then yes! And two of them. Today we walked the property again and the house is moving south and the carport will get a different driveway so there is enough space to turn around. Sketch will follow :) Our info here was that you can build carports up to the boundary without a permit as long as they are smaller than 6x9m.

You showed a draft in post #58 that does not have the captain's gables, hence my inquiries. I thought that was the current draft.

If you want to drive into the CP from the north, then the access shown in the last plan is not possible. Development costs are therefore also more expensive.

So, unless this is already clarified for you, about 5 years ago it was a good 90,000 EUR for 50 sqm for gas, water, electricity, sewer connection, and construction road. You can add inflation and construction cost increases yourself; regionally you might get it a bit cheaper than in metropolitan areas, but definitely not under 100,000 EUR when everything is finished.
