Realistic cost estimate: Single-family house with unfavorable development location

Can you please tell me where to find information about the property and the development plan.

Outside 48cm, inside 12cm.


There is no development plan :) And the plot is long and narrow (just like the planned house). The light blue marked area.

Of course I really mean that the shower is there. And the OPs were at least smart enough not to draw the bathtub where the shower wouldn't fit. But there is a shower there, and except for its entrance it is well sized. Where can one find the person who makes sense of that? – I think it was rather meant, in which post numbers the previous drawings of the location can be found.

I probably formulated it unclearly. Is there a street or an access road? Where should the house be located where the CP is? What are the dimensions of the property? Where is north? Where do you want to build the house on the property?

Which federal state is it? Then presumably [der 34er] and the state building code apply? Possibly some other requirements from the municipality that we do not know.

There is already a price that was mentioned here. The architect issue is also settled. ??? That is all known, as far as I remember. We are on page 44! ;)

I only have the 500k budget for the entire project in mind. I haven’t seen any figures from the general contractor yet. You? Our general contractor estimated the big ticket items for us relatively early so that we wouldn’t plan castles in the air. I miss that here.
