I see it differently than mycraft: I personally use a guest WC on the ground floor more often (after all, you don’t always go upstairs) and would be annoyed if there is a chronic lack of space there. The indicated office seems to be a placeholder for printer and computer. 8 sqm is enough for that. People tend to use laptops and sit on the sofa or at the dining table with partner or family. Personally, when I work (not just surf), I work with two larger screens and can imagine an office of just under 6 sqm. By the way, it is 8 sqm that an employee is entitled to in an office (workplace). Hallways and toilets are charged proportionally... my office has the 8, and it is perfectly sufficient! The "thing" in the guest WC next to the shower cannot be operated because of the toilet! @predonor: it’s clear that you had something in mind. We are offering you food for thought.

Hi,
basically quite good. A few things have already been mentioned. The small work room is not one where you want to stay - it feels like a storage closet. You immediately wonder if you would give up the shower in the bathroom in favor of this room.
Upstairs, the dressing room makes the bedroom small. As a result, you lose the nicest room there and it becomes fragmented. The bed in the south can be a real pain in the summer - under the roof you might get roasted. But that's a matter of opinion.
The bathroom is (quite) spacious - if anything, I would treat myself to a second sink there. Normally, however, I would relocate it to the small room and plan a laundry chute into the utility room there. That way I have the laundry taken care of right away and still have a nice large (bed?)room.
The door between the kitchen and utility room looks like a sliding door. Somehow inconvenient at this spot. You more or less rush into and out of the utility room with laundry or the trash can. The sliding door only slows you down and is annoying, especially when your hands are full. Is there a space problem there or am I mistaken? Otherwise, I would put a normal door in there.
If the washing machine is there, it would also annoy me a little to have to go through the kitchen with the laundry every time. Therefore, I would also give up the storage under the stairs and rather want direct access to the utility room.
Just a few thoughts... :)
The hallway upstairs wastes relatively a lot of space without any noticeable advantage. Possibly you can still gain quite a bit for the rooms here.

@Bauexperte: That may be true, but who wants to prove that to me or who wants to sue? Besides, we have individualized it on our property.

@kaho674: Going through the storage room (under the stairs) is not very practical, since we would then lose the entire storage space there. We would rather carry the laundry through the kitchen, right? But thanks anyway for your suggestions.

Well, some even have the washing machine integrated into the kitchen. So, everyone as they please. Storage space is of course important too. :)

@predonor: how was that now? You wanted opinions, but no advice???? Did you now only want agreements?? A YES to your failed entry into the utility room? Maybe you should reflect on the objections of the participants! After all, there is constructive (free) criticism here that can be straightened out with a few brushstrokes... with words of course also ;)
