This is one of the finished drafts from the general contractor, the adjustments for us would still follow. Thanks already for your hints! We find the utility room next to the kitchen quite practical, then you can distribute groceries directly from the NET to the utility room (pantry shelf) and kitchen via a short route. Exactly, we also find the master bedroom very large, we would rather use it as a children's room or redistribute the sizes a bit. We really don't need that much space. The room around the gracious toilet should still be extended, exactly for the reason you mentioned :D We will definitely do that with the dining area, I would also be very interested to see if it fits comfortably. The thing in the middle of the room is a wood-burning stove, which we would do without.

No, it has a side entrance door, but no window.

Do not underestimate how much space all the building services need. The walls fill up very quickly, plus washing machine, etc. In case of doubt, I would rather plan more space in the kitchen than squeeze myself between the wall and the washing machine.

Then best remove it right away, if necessary yourself with Paint or a pen on the printed plan. Discussions about floor plans are pointless if they are built completely differently.

True, I had overlooked that NET.

Whether the fireplace in the living room should really be installed there??? If so, then on the wall.

No dramas, ladies! - of course, you can also integrate a window into a side entrance door, not just as a talk door. But please not with this general contractor, I hadn’t thought him so incompetent. But this is such a disaster, for such an apprentice joke you don’t need a model house. The trick of the model house was supposed to lie precisely in the maturity, which is obviously not given here – I will give (without claim to completeness) some examples: the difference between nine point twenty and ten point sixty is one point forty: not divisible by eight meters, so we will be dealing here with botched pockets. In the bathrooms, apparently no consistent thought was given to pre-walls, which causes drywall bumps like with . In both children’s rooms there are ominous ventilation ducts (?) without coordination with the ground floor ...
