Realistic cost estimate: Single-family house with unfavorable development location

We are building with a small regional company with direct contact to the boss and a good reputation in the area; the idea was more appealing to us from the start, and that's how it turned out after comparing the offers. I think almost all builders are initially attracted by the pseudo-low prices of the big companies, which often turn out to be different upon closer inspection.

I always find it important to set a completion date and what happens if it is exceeded.

Also, there is now an answer to my original opening question, so if anyone is interested in the topic of development: we are estimating about €30,000 for fiber optic, electricity, water, and sewage.
