Realistic cost estimate: Single-family house with unfavorable development location

I only have the 500k budget for the entire project in mind. I haven’t seen any figures from the general contractor yet. You? Our general contractor estimated the big ticket items relatively early back then, so we wouldn’t plan castles in the air. I miss that here.

Yes, the bathroom looks very tidy and will work. Apparently, even more has been changed if you compare it with #242.
Personally, I would still change the access to the shower so that the sink is by the window. That has advantages, but possibly the disadvantage that it could get wet in the middle of the bathroom due to someone showering. However, this is mitigated by a shower mat.
Advantages: users of the washbasin do not block the middle of the bathroom, have more light, and those showering do not have to pass directly by the window. I also see that the towel holder is supposed to be within reach there by the toilet.
