I’m just wondering how the tens of millions of people who have their toilet near the sink have survived so far. Somehow I have the feeling that you have some strange requirements for the planning. Why don’t you say that beforehand, then one could save the trouble. How high is the ceiling on the ground floor? A section might help. Have I overlooked that so far?

I have looked at it again now. Your argument is nonsense. Your toilet is 1.5 m away from the sink. If YOU put the toothbrush cups on the left side, they are even a bit further away from me. :p

Of course, you can also completely separate the toilet, which is even possible in my design. Anyone with such peculiar preferences should plan a separate WC.

Of course, you can also go downstairs, where you have a separate toilet. ;)

Yes, this snippet of a drawing does not help at all. An appropriate section drawing would be helpful.

To demonstrate what it is about:

Already at 2 - 3 steps of overlap, the head clearance becomes critical, especially when walking down the stairs.

This is the biggest nonsense I have seen here in a long time.

Access to the storage room? The door doesn't open because there is a staircase there.

The strange niche next to the stairs is unusable. What is the bathroom on the ground floor supposed to look like? Is there already a plan for that?

Why don't you show us the draftsperson's plan?

A reference to DIN 18065 doesn't help either. It states a passage height of at least 2 m.

There are too many germs next to the toilet for the sink, but you want to hang your towels there to dry?
