The trees would have top priority for me,
for one thing, there is nothing more beautiful than sitting under a chestnut tree in the summer, dreamlike.
On the other hand, I saw in the Grumsiner Forest that healthy trees with 1m trunks simply toppled over and ripped 20-30m wide strips.
Therefore, my respect for "huge trees".
Please make a circle in your property sketch with the current crown and dashed for 25 years (10m more diameter).
By the way, no one here is angry, whoever writes wants to help or express concerns, and never take it personally ;)

Then one can and should at least mention which and what kind of other details remain in the dark at the request of third parties. And even understandably secret details retain their influence on the planning.

Sorry, I haven’t followed everything that closely just now, just a quick question: of the 2 houses, you are only building one - namely the one in the back, correct?

Yes, it is the one at the back. I also had to go back and check first.

I got exactly the reaction called "angry" to my post, so I definitely assumed anger :D It's also fine if you're annoyed by a TE, but then I would just skip the topic instead of nagging them if I already consider them hopeless. Here's the plan with the trees on it :) We just have to squeeze ourselves sensibly somewhere between the two.

I made the driveway a bit rounder/wider, do you think that could be enough for turning? We will move the carport a bit further north. Right now I'm mainly concerned about the orientation regarding the cardinal directions.

Yes exactly, the captain's house in the back :)

How do you drive the cars into the carport? Is it 6x9m? Then you definitely need to allow for the driveway from the narrow side.

Then there is the question about the setback areas, it looks to me like less than 3m from the neighboring property, is it allowed to fall short of the setback areas, or is a complete boundary development (that is, directly ON the boundary) then necessary?
(I somehow have it in my mind that someone told me either exactly on the boundary or with setback rules. But unfortunately I can't prove or justify that at all)
