Would be nice. So since I am currently building myself in Saarland, the prices amaze me a bit. Even here there are land prices beyond 300€/m2. Maybe some craftsmen are 2.50€ cheaper and surely there are several here who know someone who knows someone who knows someone.

I wish it to everyone. But even I (civil engineer) am miles away from some prices.

Yes, the construction site would be very interesting, these are prices that can only exist in very specific spots in Germany. As a Southerner, one is almost a bit jealous. It is best seen in items like interior and exterior plastering, for example. There, others pay almost double.

But construction costs = value, one must not forget that in the calculation. In Munich, you pay over 1 million, but you have also created value. Should the corona crisis shake up the real estate market, the house in Munich will still be sellable, whereas in Vogtland only with a bonus...

So I also received an offer of 40k for the plaster. My prices don't necessarily reflect the market.
