Last night the fuse of the construction power distributor tripped. The cable drum which the insolvent construction company kindly left behind along with their junk and working materials has burnt through. Then of course the heat pump completely froze... Not really needed either... Just yesterday when the screed was supposed to be heated. Now I need days again to raise the temperatures in the house

In principle, the location is very good except for the playground directly below :rolleyes:


The unobstructable view and the orientation, however, are very good. It is located on the outskirts of town in a dead-end street.
The price corresponds to the local standard land value. Prices on the open market are generally twice as high.
I think I will buy it and wait.

As often as you read about humming in the house and then see the air-water heat pump hanging on the wall, I would avoid it. The same applies to indoor installation without a proper base.
