How do you want to simulate the Poroton bricks? They hardly have any vertical insulation value. Without a correspondingly deep base insulation up to 0.8 m below [OK Gelände] you will definitely have problems in the corners. There is no need to simulate that. Your €1200/m2 target with a lot of self-work is admirable, but if right from the start there are such small things that a planner wouldn’t have solved like that, more issues will probably come. You also seem to be not very open to criticism, like "oh, that doesn’t matter anyway." Better take the tips to heart and see how you can still reasonably fix it.

Unfortunately, I can’t imagine that.
If the first row of bricks stands over the base slab and then the wall and the base slab are insulated, then it won’t be flush.
In a drawing, one could better imagine the whole thing.

Only the base plate is insulated, the wall is monolithic.

Or do you have a cavity wall?

Does it look like that for you?
Do you want to fill up to the level of the finished floor top edge or just slightly above the insulation? I haven’t quite understood it yet...

If the wall protrudes or a narrower cill block is used, the insulation can be pulled up flush to the second row of bricks.

With a program to simulate thermal bridges?! That’s exactly what they’re for. I admit I am relatively resistant to criticism. I gladly accept input and then independently check how critical the issue is. That’s how I also changed my mind about the blocks. Especially with tips from the internet where 99% are only “experts,” it usually isn’t as serious as it’s made out to be. With this approach, I have so far actually been very good to above average successful.

I planned this here with monolithic masonry: The other option would certainly have been more advantageous, but my impression is that most houses are built like the above, so it can’t be that bad.

The position of the reveal has already been corrected:

Is maybe the other page 3.3?

Edit: new posts were shown to me too late.

Thank you very much for the drawing, now it clicked.
If the insulation on the base plate wasn’t there (red cross), then a thermal bridge would form as shown in blue?
The wall is already insulated horizontally due to the cavities in the brick. However, the base plate is not.

Iwan
