What did the staircase with delivery and installation cost you?

1800 net including installation.

According to the step measurement, it is okay but not so great for walking, but it works.

The plaster under the surface is done. Building services and electrical work are also mostly finished. Now the only question is when the interior plaster will come. Unfortunately, I only have a confirmation for January 4th.

Stupidly, the construction company no longer responds to inquiries regarding clearing the construction site and removal of the construction waste container. After some phone calls, I got to know the container company by heart, but they also do not answer calls and may possibly be insolvent.
Does anyone have any idea what I should do with the container? :D

Even if the company is insolvent, the container is part of the insolvency estate and you are not allowed to scrap it from one day to the next. You would first have to start with appropriate [Firstsetzungen] for removal, etc.

Don't forget to notify by proof of delivery under what conditions you are willing to tolerate that the thing stays there until when (you are basically renting out the location) and from when you will move the thing to a storage facility at the owner's expense. I can just imagine a rubble container with a wheel clamp *ROTFL* *SCNR*
