To me, this rather sounds like a risk in the form of ten percent of unpaid work that the insolvency administrator can still claim. The phase between the insolvency filing and the appointment of the administrator is unfortunately invisible in the commercial register. Especially in the case of an external application, the examiner will usually also investigate whether there are indications of delay suspicion. The popular misconception that an insolvency merely removes one player from the board can catch you off guard.

I really feel sorry for you, no one deserves that. It will probably be rather difficult to hope for any corrections of defects, let alone any warranty.

Yes, that is the consolation.

So, I have noticed the following defects:
The drains in the garage are too far from the wall. Since the concrete is only sealed, this won't work.

The insulation has been pushed out in the ceiling area of the ground floor.

The ring beam on the upper floor was cast crookedly, so the rafters now have to be backfilled underneath.

Does anyone have any input on my sealing of the basement window? The masonry area up to above the upper edge of the later terrain will still be sealed with sealing slurry.

Sorry for barging into the thread. I haven't been following here. As soon as you do, you read that the 1200€/sqm house construction is not going as planned after all.
I wish you good luck! Even if it probably won’t stay at 1200€ after all?!?!

I would have the defects recorded by an expert and submit the report. Maybe you have a chance to withhold the costs for the rework. I fear otherwise you will pay the 10% plus the rework.

Of course, I was already expecting that.... The defects are nothing major overall and there are still 15k left. That should be enough for me to do the infilling of the rafters, ring beams in the gables, and the remaining interior walls on the upper floor. There should also be enough bricks left.
