Isn't the big insolvency veil just lifting? From this month onward, normal registration is required again. The Federal Statistical Office has already identified a huge backlog compared to the previous year without Corona.

It is no art for a construction company to go bankrupt.

yes, the veil is lifting. Also with many private individuals

You are right.. This is not art but stupidity.

If I go bankrupt with an almost infinite amount of work and that after 20 years of self-employment. By then, an adequate financial cushion should have been built up. Then the advance payments with regular installment payments are also justifiable (for me it was between 7-15k EUR) in case a customer doesn't pay.

In addition, most companies are also happy to be overpaid.

The danger lies precisely in the oversupply. Too rapid and too large growth is a risk and there is a lot of money behind it. If customers then do not pay, everything collapses. It only takes one larger project to bring everything down.

Thank you very much for your report. I sometimes see myself in the mirror there. Is the flat roof of the garage with 0 % slope? Often the cause of the insolvency is also the payment behavior of the customers. I am already looking forward to more pictures.

Hello builder,
Could you give me approximate quantities of how much concrete and masonry was used by you in cubic meters?
Your shell construction price is quite cheap, I want to verify something. I know you have other worries at the moment.
Best regards
