Construction report single-family house 1200 €/m²

The new, significantly more competent bricklayers naturally had a field day mocking the construction company quite rightfully. Especially after I told them that the boss himself built the gable. Also note the perfectly executed support. I will replace the wood here with a larger steel plate.

Windows, venetian blinds and roof are finished. The mason narrowly missed the nominal dimension at the kitchen window.

Glass-tight shell construction is complete. On Monday, exterior plastering will be done. Budget is fully on track: 200k/300k spent. Estimated hours for planning and own work: 300-350h.

I have been following your house construction project from the beginning. Nice that you are publishing your progress here again. But I think it has gotten a bit quieter here because you spend a lot of time on the construction. We are currently building something very similar, so I would be interested in how the staircase is planned. Is it supposed to be a steel stringer staircase that will be closed off later with drywall?

The staircase is a precast concrete element. Below it is bricked up. As a railing, I will assemble something modular myself. The staircase has become relatively steep due to a mistake by the architect. I would not recommend it further. However, since I have already walked it 100 times, I don't find it that bad.

According to the step measure, the staircase should be okay with 63.5. (2*h+T) Our staircase will be like that as well,...unfortunately there is often not enough space for an additional step.

How much does the staircase cost as a precast concrete element including installation, if I may ask?
