In the meantime, I have also received the installation plan for the underfloor heating from my MEP planner. The supply temperature will be 28.5 °C and the annual performance factor will be 4.5. Of course, operated without any nonsensical individual room control.

After almost 3 weeks, the foundation slab was actually supposed to be concreted today. However, this morning I received an email that the building materials supplier postponed the concrete delivery. The reason is that the construction company has apparently overdrawn their account due to excessive material orders.

I had already received the first partial payment of 20k last week, which of course I have not yet paid. (this includes 7k material advance for stones)

I have now had the concrete delivery invoiced to my account at the building materials supplier, so it will continue tomorrow.

As compensation for the delays, the construction company has now offered me a discount on the total amount. (1800 euros)

The construction company has also acknowledged the non-payment of the partial payment. However, today I only released the prefabricated staircase, so we still do not have an appointment for the filigree ceiling. The delivery time currently is between 6-8 weeks everywhere for us.

Since I am realistic and cannot expect cheap + quality + speed, I am still more or less relaxed about it.

However, the stones are supposed to be delivered this week.

In wise foresight, I therefore urged the construction company to order the ceiling more than 4 weeks ago before the building permit was issued. Overpayment is definitely not something I do. I've been reading in the forum long enough, and it's basically common sense. Apart from the few euros advance payment for the concrete now.

I just found out from the ceiling company that the ceiling will arrive at the end of this month. Then the pressure is off for now...

I am not sure, but aren’t the IRC mandatory or does that only apply
when claiming funding for KfW55/40/40+?

May I ask what costs (material only for you, of course) per m² of wall heating you have planned and which system you have in mind?
And of course, what the overall wall structure will be like at the locations of
the wall heating...
