Is there actually a reference for the title regarding the turnkey construction costs (I won't even mention the DIN), or is it all just fantasy and thus of little help to other builders?
How am I supposed to provide evidence for the construction costs? The offers for the relevant trades are available to me. Accordingly, the direction should already be correct. Everything will be totaled up in the end.

With proof of the skills of potential helpers through journeyman certificates or similar, this is no problem according to the bank. In our case (ING dibal) the amounts were recognized without any issues.
