Hello again

this is certainly not enough to carry out a planning that meets the requirements
and ends at the latest during the commissioning and adjustment of the required air volumes with the realization that this cannot be right.

Once again: have it planned properly in your own interest

Of course, the controlled residential ventilation was planned. I will of course do the balancing myself. And before anyone notices, in the children's rooms/office the limit value for two pipes was exceeded by 1m³. I'm going to take the risk.

Well, you do see that there are 2 pipes there, right? Or did you simply misunderstand my comment?

Hello

last attempt

I don’t know who calculated this.......
but if it has already been established that 31m3 doesn’t really fit, especially with a possibly long supply line, how then can 49m3 work on one line.

I completely agree with you on the construction costs, that can be achieved with proper discipline, good organization, and a lot of own effort.
For us it looks something like this:
Planned total costs 320k€ for about 210m2 of living and usable space - 2x kitchen 20k€ - plot 40k€ - garage for truck 40k€
plus 15k€ for changes to bathrooms and ELT
