Yes, the construction location would be very interesting, these are prices that can only be found in very specific spots in Germany. As a Southerner, you are almost a bit jealous. The best way to see this is in positions like for example interior and exterior plaster. There, others are paying almost twice as much.

But construction costs = value, that must not be forgotten in the calculation. In Munich you pay over 1 million, but you have also created value. Should the Corona crisis shake up the real estate market, the house in Munich will still be sellable, in the Vogtland, however, only with an addition...
