Keeping my fingers crossed for you and I will keep you updated.

Could you perhaps list the working hours at the end? Not just a simple 1,800 hrs table, but
Installing windows with a friendly window manufacturer 100 hrs
Pulling cables without KNX 250 hrs, etc.
Also including material procurement.
In my opinion, some people approach the personal contribution a bit too naively here.

I will do the same with the windows with my Schwieva. I am already looking forward to it. In any case, I save between 10-20 TEUR, depending on how you look at it. If I need rehab afterwards, we’ll see whether it was really worth it...

I have to see, of course it is always a lot of work to write down the hours

These are roughly the plans for the second project. Since there is no development plan, I am still skeptical whether the UBA will approve it because the new building must blend into the surroundings.
My architect, however, said it could work because ..."the Bauhaus style is timeless"
In the first step, I will submit a building inquiry here.

Welcome to the club, we had a plumber on site in November last year for an offer to replace wall radiators and install decentralized mechanical ventilation. After multiple follow-ups, we never received an offer. Then the second plumber was on site at the end of May. We have been chasing that offer until today as well.

They simply don't care because the order amount is less than 1,500 EUR. Even if you mention interest in a heating and ventilation system for the new building next year (> 35,000 EUR), you don't get any further... frustrating.

For us, the amount is more like around 20 K and that is the problem. You know, "I can't just squeeze that in." For a small repair, I can get someone anytime. Whether Sunday, Carnival Monday, or Christmas Eve.

It doesn’t have to be exact. But roughly. You also need the hours for the BG. You don’t have to note every day from 5:30 pm to 10:45 pm on the construction site minus 28 minutes chatting with the new neighbor, but the week I was there about 5 hours daily + 10 on the weekend, Egon was also there two evenings + 10 hours for bricklaying.

Optimistic about whether the house will be approved. To me, it doesn’t fit at all. With us, you’d still have good chances. Vacancy gone, living space created = no migration, the core becomes more attractive
