If I were the OP, I would refer to the first post. The plans are attached there and with some effort and a calculator, one could have a result relatively quickly, without relying on the efforts of a stressed builder.

But it's just a suggestion

Well, in a €1200/m² thread you can find a few hints on how to go bankrupt as a construction contractor. Namely by quickly and cheaply making advance payments, only to have your neck broken later by defect rectification (+Corona). It happens faster than you think.

Exactly what I wanted to write just now

Of course, I could have taken the next more expensive shell builders, but the 5-10k difference wouldn’t have changed much at 1200€/m² anyway. So far I have paid 61k for the shell. I am cautiously optimistic that we can offset the defects against the remaining payment and that in the end I saved 5k more. What should also be said here is that my focus here, directly after "sufficient" quality, is on the costs. I have never claimed that I am building turnkey here for 1200€/m². Nor have I ever claimed that this project is risk-free and proceeds without partly considerable own contributions.

There is a slight slope.

In an insolvency, all parties involved suffer at least the loss that the administrator makes in profit.

Because someone has to benefit from it...

Yesterday, fresh materials were seen being driven around town again. Maybe he just wrote that because he didn't feel like it anymore. That would of course be best. From when and where can one officially find out if a company is insolvent?
