I believe no one has ever denied that with a lot of initiative and engagement with the topic, prices below the approximate value are possible, even far below that value. But, for that, you have to have the willingness and ability to learn and actually engage with the subject matter.

My main drive is just to prove the opposite of 11ant. The actual house is then just a nice side bread

What is still missing in your setup in the first thread is the heat pump and water/sewage. Or do you simply not have prices for those yet?

What do you want to do yourself and what will be completely outsourced?
