With a Geisha and own labor, it really becomes dirt cheap. 2,500€ for the heat pump, 1,300€ for the fresh water station or cheaper if only a hot water tank), 150sqm underfloor heating in the stapler system complete approx. 2,000€. Plus small parts and the heating is done. You just have to do it yourself. There's still money left for the water supply.
That's exactly how it is
And with a properly designed underfloor heating/WH at 28.5 °C flow temperature with an annual performance factor of 4.5, there's even 30% funding including the controlled residential ventilation which is regulated with Homematic, as BAFA requires.
Including permanently low energy costs.
Price advantage for material from the internet compared to installation company is 50%, and then the latter add a bunch of unnecessary stuff.
I would be interested in how many working hours calculated. Then it would really be interesting for "new forum members" as well.
I don't dare to make an estimate there.
My plan is to plan everything as far as possible in CAD beforehand to minimize the actual effort on site and thereby stretch the time investment. 1 hour in the evening doesn't hurt.
