What kind of screed is this, Anhydrite? It already looks that smooth, the surface really like a mirror.

It is indeed ambitious. After 6 weeks of drying, there will then be 6 weeks left for floor coverings, ceilings, doors, and sanitary installations.

Was the anhydrite screed laid throughout the entire house? In the bathrooms, it must be resealed with regard to moisture, right?

Yes, everywhere. In the shower area, there is a composite waterproofing under the tiles.
