In my experience, corruption in Africa is ridiculous compared to Germany with property allocations through municipalities and offices. What goes on there is morally disgusting and legally highly unacceptable. It ranges from barter trade to other dealings one would rather not know about.

I hope so. Tomorrow I will discuss the further procedure with the construction company regarding acceleration.

After consulting with the construction company, two employees have dropped out. Additionally, they apparently took on more orders than they can handle. And the remaining employees are not enthusiastic about overtime or working on Saturdays. However, tomorrow it should continue at full throttle. Hmm, we'll see. So far, the joy over the savings outweighs the delay. Let's see how long that lasts.

That delays occur is pretty normal. Especially in individual contracting. You will experience that more often. But it would be manageable for me as well.
