The ideas are so different. For me, a classic new development area would only be an option in extreme cases. Just recently, I was in one again; the plots were all about 500-600m² in size. The neighbors could play badminton over the fence against each other from their terraces. But I am well aware that it's easy to say when you have a plot in an established area. If it were not possible otherwise, I guess I would think differently about it too.

What is the construction site doing? Are the water damages already fixed?

Not quite yet. Drying will continue until Wednesday, and on Friday the screed will be laid.

Finally, the screed is laid. The apartment is terminated as of March 31.

What is the schedule for everything that is missing? By the end of March, that sounds quite ambitious. The screed still needs to dry first.
