I'll put it this way, on April 6, 2019, we had anhydrite screed installed. Afterwards, we didn’t lift a finger except for painting the basement and priming the floors.
Every trade handed over the work without any delay and we could have moved in at the earliest in the first week of July. We actually moved out and in by mid-July.

Therefore, you will 100% move into a construction site. But let’s be honest, as long as the house has a finished bathroom and a bedroom to retreat to, that doesn’t matter at all.

I believe with the amount of own work involved, it is rather an advantage to live on the construction site ;)

We also moved into a partially construction site. We had to save on rent and well, we had a kitchen, a bathroom and the children's rooms were finished, so what the heck. There are really worse things.
