I assume the BayBO applies to you. Do you have to align it that way because of the street, neighbors? Otherwise, maybe rotate the long side a bit to the south.
With 12 x 9.5 external dimensions, you can plan quite generously.
Regarding the garage: on the boundary, a maximum of 8m length and 50m2 usable area. In front of the garage towards the boundary, at least 5-6m is sensible (to be able to load/unload the vehicle in front of the garage).
The hallway area is unnecessarily large due to the "corner." Why not swap the office / pantry (e.g., with frequent use, if you spend a long time there) or set up living, dining, and kitchen along the entire southwest wall. Then you also have a nice continuous load-bearing wall, which pleases the structural engineer.
