Wow, some people really come up with things. It will definitely be brighter in the stairwell. Since I rarely wear shoes in the house, I find the stairs next to the door impractical. The same goes for the bathroom – shower and bathtub on the way to the toilet. I think it's good that you approach the planning this way. My floor plan with which we went to the architect was elongated. The house was built along the slope, and now it is square at the end.

New attempt. I tried not to make the mistakes from Version 1 again.

The dining room is now in the northeast, the bathroom can have a window, and I have a stairway to the basement. Only the kitchen is quite far from the entrance.

What probably won’t work is this connection to the garage. Otherwise, I won’t get a sufficiently large yard because I have to move the garage so far forward.

The pantry is 1 meter, right? That is too narrow. Unfortunately, I'm not at my computer right now, so I can't link it. In terms of design and layout, it is like our floor plan. You can search for it. There is also an interesting discussion about the size of the pantry [emoji6]

I noticed that too. That's why the small arrows on the stairs and pantry point upwards.

You just can't recognize a sheet of paper taken at an angle very well. Therefore, photograph from above, even better would be to scan it.

Don't waste space in the visitor WC. Move the wall to the upper stair landing. Karsten
