Hello everyone,

there are drafts from me again:

I actually find the attic relatively good. On the ground floor, the bathroom is actually too big for me, but I don't know how to make the whole thing smaller because the stairs get in my way.

The small storage room in the office is supposed to be used for the vacuum cleaner, mop, cleaning agents... I would rather not have that stuff with the food.

Upstairs is southwest

Forgot a wardrobe. That also solved the problem with the bathroom

Pantry does not work. From the 83 cm, the plaster still comes off. If you put a shelf in, then you won't fit in anymore. You have just as much storage space there as would fit in a kitchen cabinet.

Storage room similar to the pantry, very small. Maybe consider a large separate cupboard here as well.

Do you really want to convert the office into a bedroom? Then there would be no shower.

Upstairs, I don't like the bedroom and dressing room doors. I might take one out.

Draw your furniture and desired furniture everywhere. Some things just seem a bit small and cramped to me. It could also be that I'm mistaken.

I think the pantry is dumb. Just put it in the 370 wall and give it a wall opening at the front with a vent block in front of it, then the potatoes won't rot so quickly in there. As it is, the thing is trapped so that it is only good for canned beans and ravioli. Karsten

Considering a basement, I find a pantry rather obsolete, especially with such dimensions. For the most commonly used items, it really makes more sense to plan a practical cupboard. And then storage space for vacuum cleaners, brooms, etc. in a suitable small storage room.

The staircase layout also seems a bit tight to me .. especially right next to the entrance.

It is also sensible to place a north arrow on the drawing or to sketch a floor plan on the planned plot of land or to rotate the floor plan so that north is at the top of the plan. Living is supposed to be towards the west - right? Then the entrance would now be in the north?
