I transferred the current status into SweetHome for you (I could barely decipher some of the scribbles myself anymore^^)
In my view, a major setback both for the clarity of the presentation for the fellow discussants and for the planning methodology. Now there's nonsense with sauce, but with supposedly already concrete measurements, although the discovery process is still ongoing. To add meaningful input, the room designations are more useful to me than the areas given "accurate" to the square centimeter.
In addition, we have now thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of the staircase and the bay window, and both have now been removed again.
For me, something completely different would be removed, namely octagonal. Namely this golden calf "garage passage," which on the one hand is so popular here, but on the other hand a stubborn little devil that constantly obstructs the floor plan optimization; and that already on the fundamental level of "layout of the building bodies in the building envelope." My garage is more than half a kilometer away from my apartment, and I only fail to cover this distance with dry feet ten times a year (!). Because of the delusion of getting soaked by a rain shower in the three and a half meters between the garage door and the front door, I would n.e.v.e.r feel compelled to stick the two buildings together and as a side effect ruin the best place for an umbrella and hat with a passage door.
