What are the 4.15 sqm on the ground floor supposed to be? A vestibule? I would, for example, do without that; after all, you have a hallway. This intermediate space between the garage and the house could also become an area where only leaves collect or where the sun cannot dry moisture. I find 3.90 width of the living room much too narrow for such a large room.

Have you already been to a show home estate?

In my view, a major setback both for the clarity of the presentation for the fellow discussants and for the planning methodology. Now there's nonsense with sauce, but with supposedly already concrete measurements, although the discovery process is still ongoing. To add meaningful input, the room designations are more useful to me than the areas given "accurate" to the square centimeter. For me, something completely different would be removed, namely octagonal. Namely this golden calf "garage passage," which on the one hand is so popular here, but on the other hand a stubborn little devil that constantly obstructs the floor plan optimization; and that already on the fundamental level of "layout of the building bodies in the building envelope." My garage is more than half a kilometer away from my apartment, and I only fail to cover this distance with dry feet ten times a year (!). Because of the delusion of getting soaked by a rain shower in the three and a half meters between the garage door and the front door, I would n.e.v.e.r feel compelled to stick the two buildings together and as a side effect ruin the best place for an umbrella and hat with a passage door.

I saw this twice at friends' houses over the weekend, where the front door is between the garage and the house. Looks great. I would have liked the area behind it to be roofed over and used as a storage space for bicycles.

Yes, we were in Poing, at Haas and Wolf Haus. But that was some time ago, so we will definitely go again.

Show homes are quite nice, personally I find customer houses more transferable to the conditions of real builders. Regardless of the question whether you want to build solidly, I would also look at those from prefab house providers. There are some where you can subscribe to a mailing list to see customer houses completed in the area.

I just thought that the following image would be of little use...
I also added the dimensioning last of all. To illustrate the sizes

Completely correctly assumed. But the "intermediate sketches" for yourself are at least as important as the "whole" steps that you then discuss further here.
