What is created within a few days is called sketches. Drafts should be somewhat more detailed.

For discussions, on the one hand, the pinned thread should be read and, on the other hand, the questionnaire should be filled out.
Furthermore, a plan of the property, north arrow, etc. is missing.

We know absolutely nothing about you, what kind of house it is supposed to be for whom, where the street is located

I strongly advise you to familiarize yourself with the basics of architectural planning, at least to read as many floor plan discussions as possible in this forum so that you get a sense of what does not work and where it can go

... and that was a good thing. I didn’t wait for a renaming, but I did wait for it to be further developed, resulting in us also getting to see an upper floor. And you also mentioned something about a basement with the stairs.

Attached is a screenshot from BayernAtlas. The house + garage is supposed to be placed as shown in yellow. We are still flexible with the property boundaries at the top (grandma's house). We need to have the property remeasured and registered anyway.

Yes, the house is supposed to have a basement. The upper floor will definitely follow. Overall, we want 2 full floors + basement with a hipped roof.

As far as the house is concerned, there should be no restrictions. However, I will have this confirmed in writing by the municipality. I hope I can make it to the municipality tomorrow or next week again. Once I have the information and a clear idea of the house, I will start another thread with the requested information from the pinned thread.

New attempt. I tried not to make the mistakes from version 1 anymore.

The pantry is now in the northeast, the bathroom can get a window, and I have a staircase to the basement. Only the kitchen is quite far from the entrance.

What probably won't work is this connection to the garage. Otherwise, I can't get a sufficiently large yard because I have to move the garage so far forward.

Does anyone have an idea how I can include a pantry if I arrange the kitchen like in the right picture, without moving the entrance all the way down?

But you basically plan an elongated house in a north-south orientation?
