Very first floor plan draft of the ground floor

For me, the dining area belongs near the island, so about 1.5 meters away and not 5 meters. That cannot be considered close.

If you place the dining table relatively in the middle, it's maybe 2.5 - 3 meters. We absolutely have no problem with that.

Then I would also have it drawn that way, because then you can see whether the table harmonizes with the door, corner, or window. You can also quickly see how many square meters you are planning too much.

It's all on my change list or I would like to redraw the house completely to be able to move things relatively easily and to play a little with the furniture.

What annoys me is that there is no decent program for drawing the entire house from the outside view...


Something completely different for cost planning. Would you equip the guest WC and the like with raff stores?
