He has no reason to do so, the framework goes far enough up to cover small palaces. And he profits from every gram of gold sand in the screed.

So I can roughly expect around €10,000 in costs for the architect for a house with 170-180 m²?

Sure, it will take me a lot of time and probably nerves as well. But honestly? I also enjoy it. I can occupy myself for hours and days even with the smallest purchase.
For me, that somehow belongs to it. I want to be able to say, this is my house, I built it. Simply having a turnkey house put up would never be an option for us.

There will certainly be days and possibly weeks when we are stressed and annoyed, but I gladly accept that.

Ultimately, everyone has to decide that for themselves, but there are indeed partnerships that cannot withstand something like this. Experienced it several times.

But I wish you success!

Thanks! Oh, she prefers it when I take care of the house instead of running around on the football field

Would you start the planning through the architect before or after the re-survey of the property? Beforehand, one would still be flexible with the new property boundaries and could adapt the property to the house.

We received the property from our parents. It was a part of their own property. We first started planning with the architect, and over time the house and also the property boundaries developed from that. If you are flexible when marking the boundaries, I would clearly prefer this way, otherwise you might unknowingly restrict yourself from the beginning.

Thanks, I actually see it similarly. I can still shift 5 meters back and forth here. How did it go with the surveying and registration for you? Did you simply order the surveying office?
