why should the roof design over the granny flat take light away from the children's room? the windows face the other side, right? the windows are also quite large, 160x160. and yes, the line is the 2-meter line. i can upload plans with measurements again if desired.

the long tube is supposed to be a storage room. you can always fit a cupboard for towels, mop, vacuum cleaner, etc. there, and otherwise everything would be in the utility room on the ground floor or somewhere else.

the gallery was a wish of my wife. i'm also not so sure about having it above the kitchen... especially if you fry fish, the whole place stinks :D

you can see in the dressing room where the cupboards are. so that's quite a lot of space. all are 60x60 elements.

i have slightly redesigned the kitchen, can also upload it again if you want.. but under the stairs, the oven etc. fit exactly. you have 1.50 m there...

the bedroom in the granny flat has also been slightly redesigned... the drywall is gone, bed on the other side and cupboard on the northern wall.

the dormer is for the attic, initially planned only as storage. but when the kids are older, it is supposed to be developed so that you can get up the stairs normally, the dormer and for the lighting of the room.

Measurements are completely missing. When I look at the storage room, it is hardly usable because it is only about 100 cm wide. The children's rooms are also not really as large as stated. That would have to be the floor area, the rest falls under the slope.

That wouldn’t personally bother me. But I could imagine it thoughtlessly if you have guests and don’t want to reveal the menu right away.

Where do the kids play when working from home or using the office? My 2-year-old granddaughter sometimes loudly watches a children’s movie ;) Name me the advantage of that peace ;)

That’s probably the case.

Complicated kitchen. I don’t think the space under the stairs is needed, still I wonder if the entire row of tall cabinets is really meant to be set up that way. I would absolutely miss the work surfaces.

The exterior view has a bit of a 60s vibe, when these asymmetrical roofs were trendy. You have to like it.

Away from the criticism: I would buy the house.

Regarding fears about the house size: Unjustified. There is no dependency on the luck of the children regarding the plot size.

Here it gets interesting: the former I don't believe and the latter... explain sonstwo and where all the house technology will go. Given the size of the house, I expect a comfortable utility room next to a freezer.

I don’t do that much home office either. And the kids aren’t always 2 ;) in 5 years at the latest, they’ll be playing in their rooms.

I’ll gladly upload the kitchen tomorrow, as I have planned it.
I would also find the workspace too small like this....

Downstairs on the ground floor there is a utility room and a heating room. Upstairs is just an additional one. It is also planned so that the children's rooms are not directly next to each other.

Sorry, yes... I see :) The storage upstairs is too narrow, not really usable. I would equip each children's room with an American-style closet... or a built-in shelf for one room... they only have about 12 real square meters.
