no - but even if I did, I would only make a partial area with privacy screening and not the whole garden like Fort Knox. But the second post already sounded different. A fence as a boundary for children doesn't have to be a privacy fence. so and regarding the rest: I'm not the planning expert here, but I think it can also be done with a spiral staircase. So maybe just try moving the entrance to the garage side and see.

Exactly for this reason, I would refrain from developing the small footpath into a street or driveway. Such a path is a great play area for children. We also have such a path, our children's school route, and cyclists, joggers, children on skateboards, and all kinds of toys on wheels enjoy being able to stay there without traffic.
What is 1655?

Suggestion: Garage NO, normal access from the south, house on the northern building boundary, open the garden to the west.

I need to revise: For unexplained reasons, I thought the official access comes from up there. But it actually comes from the orange street.... well, at least I would consider that the garden and, of course, the living side of the house extend towards the west. For me, no garage belongs there. Furthermore, the width of 19 meters should be taken into account: if the driveway is 4.5 meters wide, the building limit is at 5, and to the north towards the path, it's the mentioned 1.5 meters. This means: little space for a garden... we are back to the garage, which could be disruptive there if it is not sensibly integrated into the garden design. One should actually use some brainpower here—but this also applies to the house. I don’t see that much standard so far.

1655 is the garbage bin parking space, as is 1657... and several others that are not visible in the picture.
The street Eichenforst ends at Pöhler (no through road). It only serves as access to all the houses in the settlement. The garbage truck comes every 1 or 2 weeks, drives only along the public street (Eichenforst) and collects the garbage, and on those days opens Pöhler for passage. Private streets are not driven on. The garbage bins should then be placed there by all parties. Otherwise, as usual, each in front of their own house.

I don't quite understand your suggestion. Open to the west? According to the plan, we would have our terrace there (in front of the bay window of the house) and then terrace and garden open to the street? If you mean it differently, could you possibly sketch it briefly in Paint?

It would be helpful if you placed the house directly on the plot plan. No one can keep track anymore if it’s rotated, no one knows where N/S/E/W is anymore, and which street is where.

I thought the same as Yvonne. However, the floor plan needs to be adjusted.

It is also important to know how busy the street is. Every meter further away brings more quiet on the terrace but less garden. It’s best to test that directly by standing where the terrace is supposed to be.
