As long as the kitchen has not yet been ordered from the manufacturer, everything can be changed.

And, regarding the grid spacing, I can only repeat storage planning.

Attached is our storage planning.
It doesn't seem to be wrong, in my opinion. The drawers must of course be able to bear the weight of plates and pots.

Boiler? Electric water heater?

The division looks similar here as well.
What surprises me: do you have a drawer under the stove? We only have a panel.
Also, I notice that you don’t have any food stored yet, except outside in the sideboard... We have a 60x160 one fully packed for two people, the door doesn’t stay closed. Just wanted to point that out... not least because I only expanded our kitchen last month due to lack of storage space.

By the way, there are little bowls that you can hook onto any door or drawer front, where you can sweep everything in just as well as into a base cabinet with a waste system and then throw it away all at once. In case the wife doesn't want to be convinced It just doesn't work well with handles that are too long.

My note: Plates in 2 deep drawers, otherwise you get the stacks from soup to breakfast plates, etc. (unless you are storing an 18-piece set).

I find the sideboard for frequently used supplies impractical. Flour, sugar, baking ingredients. Where do vegetables that do not need to be kept cool, like potatoes, etc., go?

Yes, we have planned 2x 2-drawer pulls (60cm, 80cm) for plates. Or the plates in the highboard and everyday supplies in the 2 drawers. But actually we find the plates next to the dishwasher perfect.

All dry goods go into the pantry next to the stairs.
The vacuum boiler takes up about 1/3 of the cabinet.
