Man, man, man... now I’m already reading "dirty property..." I think the problem area at the beginning has developed into a great project. Surely some things will still change, like the furnishing, for example. But it doesn’t matter: the rooms are usable and have a good size, and it will be a beautiful house. Yes, and that is our current problem! We are having great difficulty finding construction companies. The architect isn't helping either! We primarily hired him for this reason. I am getting more and more gray hairs...

No good experiences. Back then, we were looking because of a demolition. You found many who wanted to gut and tear down, up until the site inspection. After that, it was over.

In my opinion, for standard jobs – preferably without the requirement for a master craftsman – you get service providers through portals. The rest don’t need it thanks to the construction boom combined with labor shortages.
